Do I use your portal, or get my own system?
Both. Every client gets a login to the Urban Media portal to follow their launch. With Systems and AI (Launch Pro and Launch Elite) we also build a distinct system for your business, on the same foundations as our portal. It is not our portal with your name on it, and it is set up for how your business works.
What is included in a business launch package?
Launch includes your brand identity and voice, a one-page website, socials set up on 3 platforms and a starter shoot. Launch Pro adds a multi-page website with a client portal, a cinematic shoot, one month of scheduled content, automations and Google Business setup. Launch Elite adds a full brand film, 90 days of produced and managed content, paid ads set up and running, full systems with a custom AI assistant, and priority delivery.
Who owns everything once it's built?
Everything Urban Launch builds for you is yours, the same as on any Urban Media client project. That covers your brand, your website and the systems built for you.
What happens after launch?
The Growth Engine keeps it going, from $1,500/mo, ad spend separate. There when you're ready to grow past launch.
