Airwize: 12 conversions from $70 of ads

Airwize is a Melbourne fireworks and pyrotechnics operator that has been putting on displays since 1998. Urban Media rebranded them, built a website around the new brand, shoots and cuts their content every month, and runs their paid ads. This is what the first month of those ads delivered.

What we mean by a conversion: a warm, high-quality lead that became a sale. They came through Google Ads, which we started running for Airwize around July 2026.

What we did for Airwize

  • A full rebrand: 32 logo marks across the suite, a new typeface, a social kit and four designed price lists.
  • A new website built around the new identity, so the site and the brand are one thing.
  • A monthly reels operation, cut from real shows.
  • Paid ads for weddings, gender reveals and corporate events, and a wedding landing page to catch what the ads bring in.

You can see the finished site at airwize.com.au.

The numbers, said plainly

These are Urban Media’s own figures for Airwize’s first month of ads. They are not audited, and they are one month from one small budget, so read them as a starting point and not a promise. Airwize’s own published packages run from $350 to $1,100, which is the context for what a conversion is worth to them.

The site, last 30 days

Read from the site’s own analytics (Framer Analytics, 5 September to 5 October 2026): 382 unique visitors and 760 pageviews, with 19 visits to its thank-you pages, which load after an enquiry form is sent. Most of those visitors came from Google search. These are enquiries, not sales, and they come from every source and not only the ads, so they do not replace the conversions figure above. We read them off the dashboard ourselves and they are not audited.

The same order for your launch

Airwize started with the brand, then the website, then the content and the ads, in that order, by one team. That is how Urban Launch works: we lock what you sell and who it is for first, then build the brand, the website on top of it, the shoot and the systems. See the brand and website package, the fixed prices or how a business launch works.
