Business launch package vs hiring separately
A business launch package puts your brand, website, content and systems with one team, in the right order. Hiring separately means briefing and managing a designer, a web developer and a photographer or videographer yourself. Here is what actually changes between the two, and when hiring separately is the better call.

The short answer
Choose a launch package when you want the whole business launched and would rather not coordinate suppliers. Only three touchpoints from you. We run the rest. Choose to hire separately when you only need one piece, such as a logo, or you already have people in-house to manage the parts. Urban Launch is built and run by Urban Media, a Melbourne studio, with three fixed prices: $5,900, $11,900 and $19,900 AUD, excluding GST.
Side by side
| What changes | Urban Launch package | Hiring separately |
|---|---|---|
| Who briefs each supplier | We do. You come to a fit call, a launch session and go-live. | You brief the designer, the web developer and the photographer or videographer yourself. |
| Order of the work | Set for you: we lock what you sell and who it is for first, then brand, then the website, then the shoot. | Set by you, and by when each supplier is free. |
| Keeping brand, site and content consistent | One team carries the same brand through the website, the shoot and the systems. | You pass files and feedback between suppliers and check it matches. |
| Who you hear from | One team, end to end. | Each supplier separately. |
| Price | Three fixed prices: $5,900, $11,900 or $19,900 AUD, excluding GST. | A quote from each supplier, added together. |
| When you are live | Live and generating enquiries within 45 days, or we keep working at no extra cost until you are. That holds as long as you spend on media, answer your own leads and approve creative and campaigns within 48 hours. | Set by each supplier's own schedule. |
| Ownership | Everything we build is yours. | Set by each supplier's own terms. |
When a launch package fits, and when it does not
It is if
- You're starting or scaling a business, trade or product.
- You can invest properly in getting it right.
- You're a tradie, a founder or opening a new brand.
- You'll show up for the shoot and turn approvals around fast.
It isn’t if
- You're pre-revenue with no budget for this.
- You want the cheapest option, regardless of how it looks.
- You just want a logo, not the whole launch.
- You won't reply to your own enquiries.
Common questions
- Why one team instead of hiring separately?
- One team carries your brand through the website, the shoot and the systems, in order, so you brief once and deal with one team instead of a separate supplier for each part. The three fixed prices ($5,900, $11,900 and $19,900 AUD, excluding GST) replace a separate quote from each supplier.
- What do I actually need to do?
- Just three touchpoints: the Fit Call, the Launch Session and Go-Live. In between, you send us phone clips when we ask and approve work as we go. We handle the rest.
- Do I need a brand before I get a website?
- Not before you come to us, because we do both, in order. We lock what you sell and who it is for first (the Offer Lock), then build your brand, then the website on top of it. If you only want a logo, Urban Launch is not the right fit.
- Who owns everything once it's built?
- Everything Urban Launch builds for you is yours, the same as on any Urban Media client project. That covers your brand, your website and the systems built for you.
